Fort Carson, CO
     Riviera Electric has begun design-build work at Fort Carson on the BCT-H Company Operations Facility (COF) and the Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facilities (TEMF). These projects are part of the National Base Realignment Project and will be the future home of troops coming from Ft. Hood, Texas.

Spire, Denver
     The 42-story condominium tower located in downtown Denver is a contemporary residential project that is tailored to the young working professional who live, work, and play downtown. Features include more than 500 units, along with retail space, parking, a sun deck, and many other modern amenities.

Douglas County High School
     The 250,000 square foot school contains an unique architectural layout that facilitates a learning environment. Classrooms were constructed in a pod-like manner with classes located along the outside of the square construction and administrative offices toward the center.

Adams County High School #5
     The 267,000 square foot facility includes a lighting control system with motion-sensor fixtures. This feature will provide an electrical cost savings to the school district. Over thirty-seven miles of conduit were installed by Riviera electricians with approximately 185 miles of wire.

Rose Medical Center Patient Care Tower Addition
     This new patient care tower for state-of-the-art surgical and women's services is now complete. Located at 4567 East 9th Avenue in Denver, construction included eighteen post operation rooms with a nurse station, twelve labor/ delivery rooms, and four operating rooms. The seven-story, pre-cast concrete parking garage contains 650 parking spaces. The attached helipad offers pilots remote-access lighting controls.

Broadmoor Events Center
     The Broadmoor Hall boasts 60,000 square feet of exhibit area with 25 foot ceilings, containing: 772 can lights, 110 can lights in soffits, 14 custom wall sconces and 16 chandeliers that weight 450 pounds each and have a diameter of eight feet across. Twelve acres of parking are housed below the Broadmoor Hall, as this three-story parking garage holds over 900 parking spaces, along with a car wash.

Denver Community Federal Credit Union
     This new construction bank is located at 1095 Federal Boulevard in Denver, CO.

The Greeley History Museum
     A historic building in downtown Greeley recently received one historic renovation. Riviera Electric successfully lighted the way to the past, by completing this project in time for the grand opening in late July 2005.

Little Nell Sales Office
     Design-build project for the sales office for the Residences of Little Nell in Aspen, CO.

North Metro Fire Station
     The facility consists of a full-service kitchen, dining hall, built-in patio gas grill, basement gym and individual sleeping rooms with built-in desks, cable access and closets. Located at 1750 W. 160th Avenue, in Broomfield, Colorado, this fire station sits on the edge of new home construction and interstate E-470.

Our Lady of the Pines
     This new construction church is located at 11020 Teachout Drive in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

St Julien Hotel
     This project is the only luxury hotel built in Boulder, CO. Electrical and fire alarm systems were installed for this challenging twenty-month project. Construction included a 202 room hotel, a 10,000 square foot spa, salon and fitness center, and a two-story underground parking garage.

TH Pickens Tech
     This renovated fifty-year-old facility, located at 500 North Airport Boulevard in Aurora, Colorado, includes modernization of the school's electrical, fire alarm, public announcement, security and phone/data systems.

University of Denver Peter Barton Lacrosse
     New construction of lacrosse stadium that included new electrical service, re-lamping and re-aiming of stadium lights, communication line conduit installation, emergency generator and a fire alarm system.
