New construction of a church.
Promise Keepers Location: Niwot, CO Completion Date: August 1995 Final Contract Amount: $206,623 General Contractor:  Calcon Constructors, Inc. Architect:  Lee & Associates Architects, P.C. Engineer:  Biagiotti Consultants, Inc.
Project consisted of a remodel of an existing building to accommodate a new office space for the Promise Keepers Organization.
	Rocky Mountain Christian Church Location: Niwot, CO Completion Date: December 2000 Final Contract Amount: $637,327 General Contractor:  Calcon Constructors, Inc. Architect:  Lee & Associates Architects, P.C. Engineer:  Riviera Electric/Clayden and Associates
Project consisted of a 51,736 square feet addition to the existing church, and remodeling of approximately 10,000 square feet of the existing facility.
