EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

In 1982, Riviera Electric was established to fill a need in the local industry for a quality design-assist/design-build contractor. In 2002 we completed $85 million dollars of electrical work in the state of Colorado. More importantly, our business comes from over 60% on a design-assist and design-build basis and over 90% repeat clientele.

Riviera Electric has since grown into the Integrated Electrical Services (IES) family with almost $1.5 billion of annual revenues. Riviera is still a locally controlled company with the same great people who built Riviera during the 1980's and 1990's, however, we now have the resources, financial strength, and the people of IES to better serve our clients.

PROFILE

Our primary focus is on design-build and negotiated electrical installations and maintenance with a select list of clients whom we have developed long-term relationships. Riviera has successfully completed a wide range of projects including tenant work, high-end residential, industrial complexes, laboratories and bio-lab facilities, hotels, churches, retail, hospitals, high rise office buildings, data centers, telecommunication facilities and semiconductor fabs. Our association with our parent company, IES, Inc., and our many sister companies, gives us the ability to perform major, fast track projects from coast to coast.

Our parent company (IES) is a premier provider of electrical contracting solutions to the commercial, industrial and residential markets across the U.S., with more than 130 locations and more than 10,400 skilled professionals. IES's financial stability offers financial assurance, bonding capabilities and purchasing power, which positions Riviera as one of the strongest and most reliable electrical contractors in Colorado.

Our diverse operations are strategically located in Denver, Colorado Springs, and Eagle which allow us to provide quality service throughout the state. Our corporate office in Denver also contains an 11,493 square foot prefabrication shop. This diversity provides our clients optimum efficiency and superior service.

Our certified training program is a Nationally Recognized Benchmark Program accredited by the Bureau of Apprenticeship Training and Veterans Administration. We produce some of the best-trained apprentices and journeyman in the country with a tailored program that provides a good balance of electrical theory and practical applications. We make a special effort to instill our company's culture in each student, creating a loyal employee with greater efficiencies, better moral, superior confidence, and enhanced safety awareness.
